| Health and wellness are not created JUST by taking the right supplements, and JUST eating right. I have found that the mind and emotions directly influence the health of the body, and that stress management is vital! It's not my original idea of course! But I have proven this to be so for myself. This directory is devoted to bringing you what are "tools and modalities for wellness" available that I have experienced personally, know from research and /or others of their genuine effacy for some people. I say some people because what I have discovered, is that everyone is different, and that many times no matter what you use in terms of holistic health supplements or other healing modalities, there can be and often is what some call "energy cysts" or emotional energies or energy from past trauma which we have failed to release. I know this from own experience to be true.
For many of us much deeper work has to be done in order to free ourselves from "disease". This website includes many of the modalities that I have used, and other general holistic health resources.
